Mesotherapy Facial Treatment

Mesotherapy and microneedling treatments for healthy, firm, and radiant facial skin

Mesotherapy and microneedling treatments are among the most advanced in the world of cosmetics, combining technology with active ingredients to restore and rejuvenate facial skin.
The treatment is suitable for those who want to improve the appearance of their skin, reduce wrinkles, blur scars, remove pigmentation, and restore the skin's radiance, elasticity, and vitality, without surgical intervention and without a long recovery time.

What Are Mesotherapy and Microneedling?

Mesotherapy and microneedling are advanced skin treatments designed to improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of fine lines, scars, and pigmentation, and naturally boost collagen and elastin production.
Both treatments use ultra-fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering a natural healing and renewal process.
The difference between them:
  • Mesotherapy: Involves delivering active ingredients, like vitamins and hyaluronic acid, directly into the skin layers.
  • Microneedling: A natural skin-boosting treatment using a Dermapen or roller. It usually includes the application of nourishing serums, but without direct injections.

How Does It Work?

During the treatment, thousands of tiny micro-points are created on the skin. This process “trains” the skin to begin its natural renewal process.

In response, your skin produces collagen and elastin – essential proteins that help keep it firm, smooth, and healthy.

To boost the results, active ingredients are delivered into the deeper layers of the skin (as in mesotherapy), helping to further improve the outcome.

What the Treatment Includes:

Skin assessment and compatibility check

We will begin by assessing your skin condition: the depth of wrinkles, pigmentation, scars, etc., in order to select the most appropriate treatment method and materials.

We will perform deep cleansing to remove dirt, oil, and dead skin cells – an essential step in preparing the skin to absorb the active ingredients. Disinfection helps reduce the risk of infection and prepares the skin for the effective and safe introduction of mesotherapy components.

A microneedling device creates controlled micro-injuries that stimulate collagen and elastin production.

Hyaluronic acid, vitamins, antioxidants, and more are selected according to the desired outcome: anti-aging, post-acne, firming, or brightening.

After microneedling, the skin is sensitive and needs soothing care. Apply a mask rich in anti-inflammatory and emollient ingredients to help reduce redness, restore moisture to the skin, and improve comfort after treatment.

At the end of the treatment, you will receive personalized guidance on how to continue your skincare routine at home, including recommendations for suitable products, instructions on avoiding sun exposure, substances to avoid, and how to prolong the effects of the treatment and promote skin regeneration.

Who is it for?

This treatment is suitable for women and men aged 20 and up who experience one or more of the following:

* Not recommended for individuals with active skin inflammations, certain autoimmune conditions, during pregnancy, or if you’ve used Roaccutane in the past six months.

Dermapen Microneedling with Exosomes / PDRN - The Next Generation of Skin Renewal

PDRN is an advanced biological component derived from salmon DNA that helps accelerate the skin’s natural repair and regeneration processes.
Exosomes are advanced biological components that act as messengers between skin cells, encouraging deep repair, renewal, and regeneration.

Beyond classic microneedling, Dermapen treatment combined with Exosomes or PDRN provides a deeper and more advanced level of skin restoration and rejuvenation.
The treatment is based on creating controlled micro channels in the skin using Dermapen, allowing effective delivery of advanced active ingredients into the skin’s deeper layers and significantly enhancing treatment results.

Quick answers to questions you may have

Does the treatment hurt?

The sensation varies from person to person, but an anesthetic is used before treatment begins. Most patients report only a tolerable tingling sensation.

A series of 3–6 treatments is usually recommended, once every 3–4 weeks, depending on the goals and condition of the skin.

Mild redness or warmth in the area are common symptoms that disappear within 24–72 hours.

Improvement is noticeable from the first treatment, but the results accumulate over the course of the treatment series.
